KV999 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the kv999 platform, including the website at kv999.cx and the kv999 mobile application available for Android and iOS devices. The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses or interacts with any part of the platform.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or participating in any activity offered — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino or the VIP programme — you agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the kv999 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all Pakistan-based players using the platform. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any discrepancy.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the kv999 platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming or sports betting.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a kv999 employee, unless explicitly authorised.

kv999 takes age verification seriously. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period where a player is found to be underage will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kv999 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension. If your details change after registration — for example a change of mobile number or payment account — you are responsible for updating your profile accordingly.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account access with any other person. kv999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so the account can be secured.

3.3 Account Verification

kv999 may require identity verification at any point — upon registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate. Verification documents may include government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of the payment method used. Delays in providing required documents may result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. kv999 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity or where required for responsible gaming purposes.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on the kv999 platform are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods for Pakistan players include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• kv999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your kv999 balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. Any delay is typically due to the payment network and is outside kv999's direct control.
• kv999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised use of a payment method.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied across the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification being on file.
• Standard processing times vary by payment method. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive prioritised withdrawal handling.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
• kv999 may request additional verification documentation before releasing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if the withdrawal amount is above a certain threshold.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• kv999 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or money laundering. In such cases, the relevant funds may be retained pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards and VIP-exclusive promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, device and IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses credited in PKR are subject to the same wagering requirements regardless of how the qualifying deposit was made.
• kv999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, though players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus will not be disadvantaged mid-promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Promotions

During Pakistan Super League season and major T20 international fixtures, kv999 may offer cricket-specific promotions including free bet credits, enhanced odds and cashback on cricket bets. These promotions are governed by the same general bonus rules above and any additional conditions stated in the individual promotion.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly PKR cashback for VIP members is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period at the applicable tier rate. Cashback is credited to the account balance and is subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms. See the VIP page for full tier details.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The kv999 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and test matches — as well as football, esports and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and kv999 is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is available and exercised within the eligible window.
• Bets placed after an event has started are void unless the platform explicitly offers live in-play betting for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• kv999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular or suspicious activity, or where a material error occurred in the posting of odds or market information.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• kv999 may limit or restrict a player's betting activity if irregular patterns are identified, including but not limited to arbitrage betting or exploit of pricing errors.

7.1 Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket markets, match result bets require the match to reach a minimum number of overs as specified per format (T20, ODI, test) for bets to stand. If a match is reduced due to weather or other interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result is accepted as the official result for settlement purposes. Specific per-market rules are displayed within the cricket betting section.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

The kv999 casino section includes slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and other table games. By participating in any casino game, you accept the following rules:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers streaming in real time. The integrity of the game outcome is not within kv999's direct control once the game round has commenced.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions that prevent a round from completing may result in the round being voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game round are displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are subject to the specific rules of each jackpot game. Jackpot wins are paid from a pooled fund and are subject to verification before payment is processed.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches or technical errors for financial gain will result in the relevant winnings being voided, the account being suspended and the matter being reviewed.
• Live casino tables may have capacity limits. If a preferred table is full, players can join a waiting list or select another table within the same game category.

9. VIP Programme

All registered players are automatically enrolled in the kv999 VIP programme at Bronze tier upon account creation. Progression through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers is based on qualifying activity over a rolling period as defined in the VIP programme terms on the VIP page.

• VIP tier benefits — including PKR cashback rates, withdrawal priority and account manager access — are detailed on the VIP page and are subject to change with reasonable notice to active VIP members.
• kv999 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier downward if qualifying activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during the review period.
• VIP cashback and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside the kv999 platform.
• Dedicated account managers are assigned at Platinum and Diamond tier. All account manager communications are subject to these Terms.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including but not limited to exploiting cashback calculations or misrepresenting activity to qualify for a higher tier — will result in tier demotion and potential account suspension.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv999 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or move funds obtained from illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software or technical errors for financial gain beyond what is intended by the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with recreational use.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language towards kv999 support staff or other players.

11. Privacy & Data

kv999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, betting and gaming activity, device information and communication records with the support team. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, administer the VIP programme and comply with our internal responsible gaming obligations.

kv999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa for the purposes of processing PKR transactions, and with identity verification providers where verification is required.

12. Responsible Gaming

kv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The platform is intended as an entertainment activity for adults, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

• Players are encouraged to set personal PKR deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits using the tools available in account settings.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who feel they need a break. A self-excluded player cannot register a new account during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-off periods of defined durations are available for players who want a temporary break without full self-exclusion.
• kv999 may proactively contact players who show signs of problematic gaming patterns, such as significantly increased deposit frequency or chasing losses.

13. Liability

kv999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL finals or T20 World Cup matches.

• kv999 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity issues on the player's end or third-party payment provider delays.
• kv999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim is limited to the net deposits made to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

kv999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or contact number on file, or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. If you disagree with any update to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
